The Dophi™ Electroporation System was used at ITAC (Instituto de Transplante y Alta Complejidad) in Argentina to perform liver ablation in a patient with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. The patient had previously undergone two radiofrequency ablations, but due to local disease recurrence, physicians decided to try a new procedure using IRE (Irreversible Electroporation).

Led by Dr. Kozima and Unifarma's technical staff, the entire procedure went well and the ablation was precise and controllable. The surgeon said, “We believe that IRE, as a new chapter in ablation treatment, will help more patients regain their health”.
