CASE SHARING: a 72 years' old male diagnosed as Cirrhosis Child HCC BCLC A, AFG neg. with atypical resection in Seg. VI 3 years ago and recurrence 1.6 x1.5x1.5 cm central in Seg. Iva, recovered after the IRE procedure with Dophi™ Electroporation System. Follow up scans showed no local recurrence after 6 months.
